Construction Manager (80-100%)

As an architectural firm with around 60 employees in Basel and Zürich, we develop, plan, and realize construction projects for private and public clients.

For our office in the Dreispitzquartier Münchenstein, we are looking for you as

Construction Manager (80-100%)

per immediately or by arrangement.

You have training as a Construction Manager, Architect, Civil Engineer, Architectural Drafter, or a basic manual training with corresponding further training, and you bring several years of professional experience in the realization of projects of various sizes in Switzerland.

With joy and commitment, you accompany and control demanding construction projects independently or in a team - from cost estimation via tendering and construction management to the successful handover of keys.

Your tasks in construction management

• On-site construction management
• Creation of rough and detailed schedules with MS Project
• Tendering/Estimation
• Construction accounting and cost control

Your software skills

• Messerli Bauadministration
• MS Project
• MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
