For a family-like elderly center in the Bern region with around 50 residents, we are looking for a Vocational Training Manager Nursing (80-100 %) as of 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks at the new employer

• Take responsibility for the entire vocational training in the nursing sector
• Accompany the apprentices directly in practice in the mornings and support their professional development
• Shape the vocational training together with the vocational trainers and continuously develop it further
• Work with different and sometimes complex nursing situations and actively contribute your own ideas

You offer your new employer

• Training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or Dipl. Pflegefachperson as well as experience as a vocational trainer
• Joy in accompanying apprentices, passing on knowledge, and specifically promoting their development
• Motivation to take on more responsibility in vocational training and to develop yourself professionally
• Initiative and interest in actively helping to shape vocational training with new ideas
