Seniority Level Employee Job Category Industry & Production Percentage 100 % Job Type Temporary Reference No. PIL-IP-T-55048 Description ### For our client, an internationally active company in the field of cable assembly and electrical engineering, we are looking for an experienced   Quality Assurance Employee (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Crimping of cables including accompanying processes according to specifications • Execution of electrical and mechanical tests using various measuring instruments • Documentation and logging of test results • Packaging of products after completion of all tests • Quality control as well as reporting of deviations and implementation of corrective measures • Support in process optimization and participation in Lean activities such as 5S • Independent maintenance of the systems according to the maintenance plan Your Profile ### • Completed basic mechanical training, e.g., as a polymechanic • Experience in the manufacturing and testing of cable components, including soldering and crimping processes as well as final inspection • Very good fine motor skills for processing the smallest parts • Very good technical and quality understanding, quick comprehension and exact way of working • Resilience and teamwork skills, even under stress • Flexibility for deployment in several processes • Confident handling of PC systems and ERP software • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Willingness to work in three-shift operation We Offer ### • An exciting task in an internationally active company with headquarters in Switzerland • A motivated and competent team • Varied activities in a modern production environment • Insight into demanding manufacturing processes of cable assembly • Careful induction into the various testing and process sequences Are you ready for a new challenge?
