Your tasks

• You contribute to a high degree to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support daily
• you assist with the daily care of our residents and train our apprentices
• You participate in reports, team meetings, and further training
• You recognize emergency situations and master them
• You create nursing documentation and the individual care planning
• You work mainly in early and late shifts and take on day or shift responsibility

What you bring with you

• Training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, AKP, DNII, DNI
• You are motivated and like to contribute your strong professional and social competencies in everyday life
• You bring knowledge in RAI/RUG and careCoach
• good oral and written German skills (B2)
• with your cheerful manner, you actively contribute to a corporate culture in which residents and employees feel comfortable
• Own car and resident in the region
