Corporate Technical Manager 50-70%

As a Corporate Technical Manager (part-time), based in Bulle, you ensure the technical management of a portfolio of corporate insurance contracts (life insurance, liability, property, buildings, technical, cyber, etc.), while providing your expertise in risk analysis and claims processing, in coordination with insurers, clients, and Sales Managers.
You ensure regular contact with clients, mainly by e-mail and by telephone, supplemented by in-person meetings or video conferences.

Your missions
Personalized management according to contracts and client needs: monthly follow-up meetings and monitoring of changes, ongoing cases, etc.
Organization and conduct of presentation meetings for staff: general information on life insurance, presentation of contractual modifications
Day-to-day management: projects, advice, presentation of comparisons
Follow-up of claims cases, written, telephone, and personal contact with clients and insurers
Mastery of life insurance, LAMal health insurance, LAA/LAAC accident insurance, etc.
Follow-up and tailor-made management according to client needs and wishes.
Your profile
Proven experience in life insurance, Federal Diploma in insurance or equivalent training
Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (type Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.)
Excellent ability to simplify technical subjects, sense of analysis, rigor, and autonomy
Interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, client orientation, and strong team spirit
Mastery of French orally and in writing
Workplace: Bulle
Activity rate: 50% to 70%
