Auxiliary nurse - Plegehelfer - 80-100% Your missions • Ensure the hygiene, comfort, and accompaniment of patients in the acts of daily life. • Observe the state of health of patients, transmit useful information, and contribute to their safety. • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in respect of care protocols and hygiene rules. Your profile • Certificate of Auxiliary nurse CRS or title recognized in Switzerland. • Experience in EMS, clinic, hospital, or home care is an asset. • OrTra or Red Cross training for medication distribution, an asset. • Good knowledge of German required; knowledge of French is an advantage. • Sense of listening, autonomy, team spirit, and discretion. Main place of work: Leukerbad Entry into function: to be agreed --------------------------------------------------- Your tasks • Ensuring the hygiene and well-being of patients as well as their support in daily activities. Observation of the state of health of patients, transmission of relevant information, and an active contribution to their safety. • Cooperation with the interdisciplinary team under observance of care protocols and hygiene regulations. Your profile • Degree as a nursing assistant SRK or a degree recognized in Switzerland. • Experience in a nursing home, clinic, hospital, or home care is advantageous. • A certification for medication distribution (e.g., via OrTra or Red Cross training) is advantageous. • Good German language skills are required; French language skills are advantageous. • Empathy, communication skills, independence, team spirit, and discretion.
