Your new challenges: ####

• Processing and monitoring incoming inquiries and orders
• Supporting and advising our internal customers
• Carrying out clarifications with internal specialist departments as well as distributors
• Training on processes and tasks
• Assisting in process design of new services, as well as in supply chain management projects

Your ideal prerequisites: ####

• Completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial profession
• Some years of professional experience in the area of Order Fulfillment / administrative order processing
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good knowledge of using PC and IT tools as well as SAP
• Team player and enjoyment of contact with people
• Fluent German skills, as well as very good knowledge of English and French
