In order to strengthen our Life Insurance Benefits Division, we are looking for a Group Leader Life Insurance Training & Quality. Leading a team of specialists, you will play a key role in skill development, service quality, and the harmonization of business practices within the division. The various missions awaiting you Supervise, support, and develop a team of trainers and Training & Quality specialists Organize team activities, optimal allocation of resources based on operational priorities, and ensure administrative follow-up Identify training needs and business directives of the different entities and coordinate actions with business owners and managers Evolve initial and continuous training systems, including pedagogical supports, while guaranteeing the quality of integration paths Lead projects aimed at improving the learning experience and the efficiency of training paths Participate in the creation and evolution of business directives and ensure the harmonization of practices within the division Accompany teams in the application of business instructions and ensure effective dissemination of regulatory and organizational developments Steer quality control and monitoring activities and support managers in the analysis of results and the definition of improvement measures Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes, services, and quality standards Contribute to the success of Vaudoise thanks to your leadership, your business expertise, and your ability to unite teams around common objectives What makes you unique Higher education or experience deemed equivalent in the field of insurance, training, or management Proven experience in life insurance, ideally in UVG and/or sickness loss of earnings benefits Bilingual French German; at least C1 level in the non-native language (mandatory) Successful experience in team leadership and ability to accompany change in an evolving environment Marked interest in the transmission of knowledge and skill development Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Sense of quality, solution orientation, and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors Natural leadership, ability to unite and create a climate of trust Comfort with digital tools and interest in issues related to digitalization and continuous improvement If you are also of a committed, organized, and service-oriented nature, that you enjoy developing the skills of others and evolving in a collaborative environment, then you are probably the person we are looking for!
