With nearly 100,000 members, around 300 athletes and approximately 350 employees from eleven snow sports, as well as around 700 clubs in 12 regional associations, Swiss-Ski is one of the largest sports associations in Switzerland.

Your tasks

• Creation of classic graphic content for digital, print and events (e.g. social media visuals, web/app graphics, flyers, advertisements, etc.)
• Conception and production of motion design, animations and video content for digital channels
• Development of new engagement formats for fans, community and sponsors (including moodboards, storyboards, reels, etc.)
• Visual further development of the Swiss-Ski brand world and creative implementation of campaigns - from the idea to realization
• Close cooperation with internal departments as well as external partners and agencies
• Use and active further development of current AI tools and workflows for the efficient design of graphic and video processes (e.g. Higgsfield, Midjourney, Krea.ai, Adobe Firefly, Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of graphic design, motion design, visual communication, multimedia production or comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in graphic design, video and motion design, ideally in a sports, entertainment or brand environment
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma as well as basic knowledge in GitHub
• High affinity for AI, innovative technologies and efficient design processes
• Enthusiastic about sport and passion for snow sports
• Independent and structured way of working, teamwork, high initiative
• Stylish German as well as very good English skills, French is an advantage
