Chief Physician at the Medical Direction

Reporting directly to the Medical Director, you will hold a strategic transversal function within the Réseau de l'Arc. Acting as a true link between the Medical Direction, physicians, and healthcare teams, you will actively participate in the development of quality of care, patient safety, and the implementation of innovative institutional projects.

Quality of care and patient safety

• Lead and coordinate the quality management system of the Réseau de l'Arc.
• Develop and update the patient quality concept, including for outpatient activities.
• Ensure the monitoring of quality and safety indicators, notably those of the ANQ.
• Organize internal audits and support the continuous improvement of processes.
• Coordinate the medico-nursing quality team.

Development of integrated care and innovation

• Contribute to the development of the quality system of VIVA – Réseau de l'Arc, an innovative model of integrated care.
• Develop performance indicators in population health and integrated care.
• Participate in research projects in collaboration with the Université de Bâle.
• Support the integration of innovative solutions, particularly in the fields of artificial intelligence and the coordination of care pathways.

Support to the Medical Direction

• Participate in the development and dissemination of institutional medical directives.
• Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects such as TARDOC or TeamSTEPPS.
• Support Medical Affairs in certain physician recruitment and integration activities.
• Participate in the development of clinical and medico-economic steering tools.
• Ensure, if necessary, the coordination of medical teams in the absence of a department head.
• Physician holding an FMH specialist title.
• At least one year of experience as a Chief Physician.
• Strong interest in quality of care, public health, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and adaptability.
• Great discretion and respect for confidentiality.
• A strategic function at the heart of the Medical Direction.
• Active participation in innovative projects with a high impact for patients and healthcare professionals.
• A position gaining recognition for postgraduate training in public health.
• The possibility to maintain clinical activity by agreement.
• A flexible activity rate between 80 and 100 %.
• No on-call service.
