Then you have come to the right place! We are the Kinderkrippe Fuchsbau in Aarau and accompany children from the third month of life until starting school. Our daily life is accompanied by exciting weekly themes. Our activities are always oriented towards the needs of the children. Our goal is to create a loving environment every day in which the children can feel comfortable and develop. Nature plays a major role for us: daily walks in the surrounding area are as much a part of our daily routine as regular visits to nearby playgrounds. In doing so, we discover the world together, gather valuable experiences, and enjoy time in the fresh air. What defines us? We are a small, family-like team that is constantly growing. A warm and supportive working atmosphere is particularly close to our hearts. Solidarity is a high priority for us. We support each other, laugh together, and ensure that fun in everyday work life is not neglected. A co-group leader or co-educator with a federal certificate of proficiency (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis). A person who enjoys being part of a small, family-like team and building up the Kinderkrippe Fuchsbau further together with us. Flexibility and serenity even in stressful situations. Someone who thinks ahead and likes to contribute their own creative ideas. An empathetic personality who accepts other people as they are. It is important to us that children are allowed to gain their own experiences, and we actively and motivatedly accompany them on this path. The working days are Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. 5 weeks vacation. No meal deductions. 5 training days per year to develop you personally and professionally.
