To strengthen our accounting team in Adliswil, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Real Estate Accountant (80-100%) Real Estate Accountant (80-100%) In this exciting role, you will independently take over the property accounting and ensure that everything runs smoothly financially for our rental and STWEG properties. From the preparation of heating and service charge statements as well as the annual financial statements to debt collection – you always maintain an overview and work reliably and on schedule. You are well-versed in the annual financial statements of STWEG and rental properties: you prepare these confidently, independently, and with high professional certainty. If suitable and of personal interest, the field of activity can be flexibly supplemented with tasks in the fiduciary area. In direct contact with tenants and owners, you convince through friendliness, competence, and your solution-oriented manner. You feel at home in the jungle of numbers. You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and contribute to the high quality of our services from day one.
