In this role, you will report directly to the Business Unit Manager and act as an important link within the team. With the creation of this position, responsibilities are clearly defined and structured. This strengthens our customer orientation and creates optimal conditions for sustainable customer loyalty as well as successful sales work.

Your tasks

• Operational implementation of the strategic goals of our Consumables portfolio, in close cooperation with the Sales Team
• Market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities
• Development and implementation of cross-selling strategies to increase turnover
• Introduction of new products in close cooperation with Product Management and Business Unit managers
• Contribution of ideas with a large scope for action to contribute to goal achievement

Your profile

• Many years of sales experience in the Swiss healthcare system as well as employee leadership. Ideally in the clinic and hospital environment or medical technology.
• Very good network to the purchasing departments in the hospitals and clinics D-CH
• Experience and track record of new product launches in the Swiss healthcare system
• Strategic thinking ability and operational implementation strength
• Winning, communicative, and strong-closing personality
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 60%)
• Languages: German: very good; English and French: good knowledge. Any further foreign language is an advantage.
