Your team ##

The Group Corporate Services division offers an extensive range of services to Pictet group clients and employees; it manages the Group's headquarters buildings in Geneva as well as those of its subsidiaries, branches, and offices in Switzerland and abroad, and ensures their physical security.

In order to strengthen the Management team of the Physical Security department, our Geneva office is looking for a:

Physical Security Coordinator (100%)

Your role ##

Your mission will be to ensure the management of access and incidents for the Group in Switzerland and abroad. You will contribute to performing controls of security devices and will monitor access control installations.

Responsibilities:

• Access and incident management

Define the access control strategy.
Manage physical access rights to buildings and sensitive areas for different categories of people.
Carry out the technical registration of new employees and consultants.
Participate in the management of technical security incidents (analysis, reporting, monitoring of corrective actions).

• Control, compliance and reporting

Perform regular controls to ensure the proper functioning of access control devices.
Develop procedures on various physical security themes.
Respond to physical security questions for internal and external audits.

• Equipment management and maintenance

Monitor and ensure the maintenance of access control installations: equipment availability, preventive and curative maintenance.
Monitor the interventions of technical service providers.
Participate in the analysis of technical needs and the definition of solutions.
Ensure, in collaboration with the person responsible for IT security aspects, the technical support, maintenance, and evolution of access control and video protection solutions.

Your profile ##

• CFC training in a technical or IT field.
• Significant experience in the preventive and curative monitoring of physical security technical installations, preferably in a banking environment or a high security level.
• Solid technical knowledge regarding access control systems.
• Knowledge of physical access management tools and security technologies, an asset.
• Strong interest in the latest innovations in physical security.
• Mastery of the Microsoft Office pack, easy use of administrative management tools.
• Organization, prioritization and planning of tasks.
• Rigorous monitoring of files and respect for deadlines.
• Vigilance and sense of responsibility.
• Sense of service and listening.
• Proactivity and autonomy.
• Ability to work in a team and on different subjects in parallel.
• Excellent command of French (C1 minimum), very good command of English (B2 minimum).
• Residence in Switzerland required.
