For 60 years, we - EHL Hotelfachschule Passugg - have been preparing young people for their careers. We offer networked training programs from basic education via Higher Vocational School up to a Bachelor's degree. Since 2013, we have been part of the EHL Group, which is among the most renowned academic education providers in the Hospitality Management field in the world. We are looking for a Career Service Employee (m/f/d) 100% for our basic vocational training programs as well as the Higher Vocational School, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will advise and support apprentices and students before, during, and after their mandatory internships. You will regularly visit our internship companies in Switzerland and maintain intensive contacts with companies as well as various organizations. We offer you a varied, responsible position with a lot of creative freedom in your area of work. Your main tasks: * Planning and implementation of internship teaching * Advising and supporting apprentices and students during application phases * Administrative tasks, contract management, and data maintenance * Monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of internship tasks and proofs * Communication and correspondence with different stakeholders (companies, apprentices/students, internal departments, authorities) * Co-organization of Career Events at EHL Passugg Your profile: * Completed hotel management school or equivalent training * Enjoyment in dealing with apprentices/students and pedagogical flair * Experience in consulting and coaching is an advantage * Very good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage * Very good MS Office skills, further IT skills are an advantage In addition to an exciting activity at our school with international students, we offer our EHLFamily members interesting benefits, career, and development opportunities.
