Project Manager Regional Integration Specialist Office (70 - 80 %) ##

Your area of activity ###

• You are responsible for the further development of the Regional Integration Specialist Office Lenzburg Seetal in technical terms (implementation of the Integration Region Lenzburg Seetal concept). An integration specialist supports you in this task.
• You advise individuals and organizations on integration topics and conduct events on the subject.
• You create, promote and coordinate existing and new projects in the field of integration.
• With your expertise, you represent the specialist office at regional and cantonal levels, support the member municipalities in the implementation of municipal integration policy and sensitize individuals, groups as well as institutions to the topic of integration.

What you bring with you ###

• You have several years of professional and project management experience with corresponding further training in the areas of integration/migration and transcultural communication as well as regional development and inter-municipal cooperation.
• A completed tertiary-level education in the fields of social sciences, social work or a related subject area is a great advantage.
• You score points with your flair for building networks in cooperation with different stakeholders, your high transcultural competencies and your interest in political developments.
• You are strong in communication, quickly recognize even more complex contexts and convince through an independent, creative way of working.
