In this function, you report directly to the Head of Business Intelligence. You maintain a broad, Microsoft-focused system environment. Ensuring the as uninterrupted as possible IT operation is your responsibility. Evaluating and testing new applications is also part of it. In implementation projects, you work together with external providers and ensure a smooth rollout, including training of employees. Thus, you see yourself as a service-oriented person who provides cross-departmental support and is part of a learning organization.

For this exciting vacancy, we are looking for a curious and solution-oriented person with practical experience in the interplay of operational IT and Business Intelligence. You bring further education in business informatics or similar. You are fit in the areas of Case, Incident, and Change Management. Communication in German and English is no problem for you. You are also flexible regarding a small proportion of travel activity in German-speaking Switzerland.
