In our dynamic and versatile medical center located in Corcelles-Cormondrèche, just a few kilometers from Neuchâtel, we ensure the interdisciplinary care of our patients on a surface area of more than 900 m2, always oriented towards quality.
Some 80 employees practicing in general internal medicine, dermatology and allergology, cardiology, physiotherapy, psychotherapy and dental medicine work in close interprofessional collaboration.
We also maintain an outpatient emergency service.
Medbase Neuchâtel La Côte prioritizes a good balance between professional and private life.
It is possible to work part-time in all functions and the working hours can be arranged flexibly.

For doctors, collaboration is possible under salaried or independent status, to be agreed upon during the interview.

What you can bring ##

As a medical assistant, you are the first point of contact for our patients and you contribute to offering them a pleasant experience within the medical practice.

Your tasks:

• Reception and care of patients, including calendar management and appointment coordination.
• Performing laboratory analyses, electrocardiograms (ECG) and radiological examinations.
• Assistance during minor surgical interventions.
• Administrative management of patient files and electronic billing.
• Guaranteeing the smooth running of the medical practice activities and processes.
• Collaboration with the team in the execution of administrative tasks.

Your profile: ##

• Training: CFC medical assistant.
• Willingness to undergo continuous training as an in-company trainer and/or in the field of radiology.
• Sense of organization and pleasure in taking care of patients.
• Empathy and flexibility.
• Team spirit and the ability to maintain a sense of humor, even in difficult situations.
• Good knowledge of French (minimum level B2).
