Tasks

• Deputy of the management and assumption of overall responsibility in their absence
• Co-responsibility for the organizational, technical, financial and personnel management of the market
• Leadership and support of the department heads as well as around 40 employees
• Ensuring high sales readiness and smooth day-to-day business
• Guaranteeing active customer care and an attractive product presentation
• Ensuring a high freshness and quality performance in the market
• Implementation of efficient operational processes as well as compliance with processes and guidelines
• Contribution of entrepreneurial thinking, leadership strength and customer orientation for the sustainable success of the market

Requirements

• Basic training in retail or gastronomy with further training in trade (at least retail specialists) or hotel management school
• Experience in a comparable function in trade or gastronomy
• Entrepreneurial-minded, winning leadership personality with several years of leadership experience and high social competence
• Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of the active customer care of our diverse professional customers
• Enjoyment of dealing with people, numbers and organizational tasks
• Conceptual, planning and networked thinking
• Ideally residing and rooted in the region
