Construction Management | Construction Management Architecture (80–100 %)

We are Luna Productions BSA SIA with locations in Deitingen and Bern directly on the Aare. Our focus is on the development of demanding projects from competitions and study assignments. We combine constructive clarity with a high standard of building culture. Sustainability and community are central focuses of our work. In the future, we want to take over construction management in-house for our projects.
Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a person to build up the Construction Management department with us.

What you do with us

• You manage our small to medium-sized construction projects: deadlines, costs, tenders and awards, acceptances and defects
• You connect planning and the construction site and work closely with the project managers.
• You build up the construction management: processes, templates, tools, standards. You help determine how we will work on the construction site in the future.

What you bring

• Training as a construction manager, site manager, construction technician HF, architect FH or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in construction management in Swiss structural engineering
• Confident handling of cost control, service contracts, scheduling and construction administration (currently Deltaprojects with us)
• Confident appearance towards contractors, craftsmen and clients
• Initiative and the desire to build something up
• Good German
• High understanding of constructive details, handling historical building fabric as well as modern, low-emission construction systems.
