The Medical Division for Children and Adolescents of the Inselspital -- Universitätsspital Bern includes the University Clinics for Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery. As a tertiary medical center, we ensure the pediatric care of the Canton of Bern and the adjacent cantons.

• Creation and maintenance of duty rosters in close cooperation with the responsible departments
• Active role in the introduction of the new digital time and planning recording system myPOLYPOINT
• Analyzing and optimizing deployment planning
• Coordination of absences, holidays, and short-term changes
• Participation in the further development of our planning processes and digital tools

What you bring with you

• Completed training in the administrative field
• Experience with planning tools in an acute care hospital, ideally Polypoint PEP
• Very good Excel skills
• Quick comprehension and a structured, reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of a lively medical environment
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and resilience
