The mission of this department is to ensure the housekeeping and logistics necessary for the proper functioning of all HUG, in terms of catering, cleaning and disinfection of premises, and laundry hygiene. It also manages the sterilization service, the biomedical and equipment service, as well as Cressy-Santé. More than 1'300 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and environmental responsibility. The Cressy Santé center, a unique balneotherapy center in Geneva that receives people with reduced mobility for rehabilitation and readaptation, welcomes people wishing to treat themselves and relax in a vast wellness space. With an area of 2400 m2, it includes, among others, a 300 m2 pool, a large jacuzzi, a relaxation room, a sauna, a hammam, an odorium, a fitness center, and a 27 m2 rehabilitation and physiotherapy pool. All Cressy Santé facilities are designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility. Reception Host or Hostess for Bains de Cressy – 75% As part of your mission, you welcome and inform all people presenting themselves at the reception of the Bains de Cressy (patients and diverse clientele). You have the task of collecting payments for entries, subscriptions, and all other services (cash, credit cards, gift vouchers). You ensure telephone availability as well as appointment booking for external providers such as beauticians, masseuses and masseurs, etc., and you set up the wellness treatment cabins. You advise, promote, and sell the various services of the Bains de Cressy and perform various administrative tasks (accounting and billing, production of statistics, parking system management, stock management, and e-boutique management). You have high stress resistance, an excellent ability to concentrate and to deal with unforeseen events, as well as proven versatility for a multi-tasking position. You are capable of defusing complex and/or conflictual situations with a diverse clientele. Qualifications You hold a CFC as a commercial employee, or a diploma from a hotel or tourism school, or even a diploma deemed equivalent. You are comfortable with IT tools, particularly with the GTS application for managing the Baths (sales, collection, billing, customer/patient flow management, cash management, external provider agenda management) and the GatRelax application for locker management. You have an in-depth knowledge of the services of a care center (physiotherapy, rehabilitation, readaptation) and wellness (balneotherapy, massages, and aesthetics). You perfectly master the French language both orally and in writing. Mastery of English and another foreign language is an asset. You have at least three years of experience in a reception and host function with cash handling.
