• Collaborate on criminal proceedings of the military justice
• Assist in the preparation and conduct of investigative measures and assist the investigating judge in the preparation of ordering or closing acts of a proceeding
• Participate in the interrogations of defendants, persons informed about the facts and witnesses, in hearings and the examination of files together with the lawyers
• Assist those directing the proceeding and the chief auditor in the preparation of decisions as well as clarify questions of substantive and procedural law
• Provide support to the management of the Office of the chief auditor in project work

What distinguishes you

• University degree in law (bachelor or master) obtained at the latest at the time of starting the practical internship
• Reliability and precision, confidence in linguistic expression; pleasure in collaborating with different stakeholders
• Orientation towards solutions and implementation, autonomy, spirit of initiative
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language

The Office of the chief auditor is the competence center of the military justice. At an administrative and organizational level, it ensures that members of the military justice perform their function in accordance with legal provisions, in a competent and efficient manner. The UUC also creates the premises so that the military criminal prosecution authorities and the military courts of all instances can fulfill the tasks assigned to them by law independently of political circles, the administration and the army.
