Your missions:

• Ensure the management of dining room service with professionalism and efficiency.
• Welcome customers with a smile and ensure their well-being throughout their visit.
• Ensure table follow-up and the smooth running of the service.
• Serve dishes and drinks with care.
• Ensure the cleanliness and good organization of the dining room.
• Collaborate closely with the team and their supervisor in order to guarantee an irreproachable customer experience.

Order taking is ensured by the dining room manager.

Profile sought:

• Proven experience in catering.
• Excellent presentation and sense of service.
• Dynamic, smiling, welcoming, and naturally warm personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
• Attention to detail and a constant desire to satisfy customers.

VACATIONS AND LEAVE during the establishment closures
2 weeks in summer
2.5 weeks at Christmas
1 week after Easter
Leave; Sunday evening – Monday and Tuesday. (except public holidays)
Continuous hours most of the time.
