To accompany us, we are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/x) 80 - 100% within our Customer Service team with a strong affinity for front web solutions.

The mission is to create, through digital, value-added user experiences for our customers. In this position, you play a central role between the business and IT, as a preferred partner for the Product Owner and the project manager.

The various missions awaiting you:

• Prepare and lead sessions to identify and define needs
• Write user stories and conduct analysis work on functionalities
• Advise stakeholders on business and technical alternatives (internal and/or external)
• Translate needs into technical specifications, in connection with the IS and architecture
• Actively collaborate with Product Owners, Business Experts and the delivery team
• Accompany and participate in functional testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions

What makes you unique:

• Higher education such as EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other degree deemed equivalent in Computer Science / technical field with a computer science component / equivalent professional experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of development of omnichannel digital platforms such as e-commerce, customer area, Website, SEO etc...
• Knowledge of common digital tools and solutions (CMS, HTML, CSS, Analytics, API etc.)
• Successful experience in agile project management, in the insurance field is an asset
• Ideally certification in business analysis and good understanding of the global IT architecture and integration issues
• Fluent French, English (minimum C1), German is an asset

You are organized, proactive, curious and enthusiastic, and you like working in a team within a multidisciplinary framework. You are also capable of driving a subject autonomously, and finally, thanks to your sense of communication, you have very good interpersonal skills
