Location: CH – 8952 Schlieren Claims Handler D/F, immediately until 31.12.2026 100% Tasks: • Written and telephone customer contact in German, French and Italian is an advantage • Carrying out general research on open claims cases • Processing and sending reminders • Agreeing payment deadlines with customers and implementing deferrals • Monitoring payments • Creating and managing powers of attorney • Resolving contracts • General correspondence tasks Profile: • Commercial basic training (KV apprenticeship, commercial school etc.) with experience in the claims or accounting sector • Communicative person who can competently communicate with our customers in German, French and also advantageously in Italian • Leasing knowledge is an advantage • Customer-oriented negotiation skills • Very good user knowledge of common MS-Office programs • Team-oriented personality with high sense of responsibility • Independent and reliable working method Languages: German / French / Italian / English At least German & French fluently in word and writing
