HVAC Project Manager

For one of our clients, a recognized and growing engineering office, specializing in building technology and active throughout French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for their future talent in Geneva for the position of: HVAC Project Manager (M/F) Your responsibilities: Lead HVAC projects from A to Z, from preliminary studies to the acceptance of installations, ensuring the technical, financial, and organizational management of mandates Be the preferred interlocutor for clients and accompany them in their technical choices throughout the different SIA phases of the project Coordinate all stakeholders (architects, representatives, companies, and authorities) to guarantee the smooth running of projects Supervise designers and validate studies, plans, and technical diagrams Ensure site supervision until the final acceptance of the works Contribute to the business development and the influence of the company in French-speaking Switzerland Your profile: HES Engineer degree in building technology or CFC as a heating and/or ventilation designer, supplemented by solid experience in the HVAC field Minimum 10 years of experience in managing HVAC projects in Switzerland, with excellent knowledge of standards, practices, and industry players Very good command of Plancal Nova, AutoCAD as well as Microsoft Office suite tools Entrepreneurial spirit, technical curiosity, and a marked interest in innovative solutions in building technology.
