As part of the strengthening of its governance and its development, it is looking for a: Head of Legal Affairs You will be responsible for providing strategic support to the different entities of the group and ensuring the control of legal risks related to their activities. Directly reporting to the Management, you will contribute to structuring internal legal practices, securing contractual commitments, and supporting teams in their decision-making. Missions: \- Ensure the monitoring and processing of legal issues affecting all companies in the group. \- Support operational teams in the analysis of risks and opportunities related to contractual commitments. \- Participate in the negotiation, validation, and monitoring of commercial agreements and strategic partnerships. \- Implement tools, processes, and frameworks allowing for the harmonization of legal practices within the group. \- Develop, revise, and update contractual documentation and templates used by the different entities. \- Ensure compliance and the proper maintenance of legal and governance documents of the companies. \- Supervise pre-litigation and litigation files in collaboration with external counsel. \- Ensure the management of the company's insurance programs and coordinate relations with specialized partners. \- Develop employee awareness of the legal, regulatory, and ethical aspects applicable to their activities. Profile sought \- Higher education in Swiss law (Bachelor, Master or equivalent); a lawyer qualification is an asset. \- Significant experience of several years in an environment related to construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects (mandatory). \- Excellent knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and dispute resolution mechanisms. \- Good mastery of regulatory and administrative issues related to development and planning projects. \- Confirmed experience in the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex contracts involving several stakeholders. \- Solid knowledge of insurance solutions adapted to project realization activities and risk management. \- Experience in coordinating a legal function and in managing specialized external interlocutors. \- Ability to support management bodies on strategic legal issues and to translate complex challenges into operational recommendations.
