The essence of your activity: ### • Overall financial responsibility for the hospital and active participation in the strategic further development of the company • Significant contribution to the economic stability and sustainable future viability of the hospital as a sparring partner for the CEO, management, and board of directors • Preparation and presentation of financial decision-making bases for management and the board of directors • Responsibility for the areas of Infrastructure & Services as well as IT with a total of around 200 employees across multiple management levels • Ensuring efficient operational operations and further development of the areas of responsibility in line with the company strategy • Steering and accompanying cross-departmental projects at the company level • Further development of leadership, control, and controlling instruments • Active participation in transformation, digitization, infrastructure, and cooperation projects The basis of your performance: ### • Integral, leadership-strong, and entrepreneurially thinking personality with a high implementation orientation • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational feasibility • Pronounced understanding of business management contexts in complex organizations • Completed higher business management education, preferably with a focus on finance and accounting, controlling, business administration, or health economics • Experience in leading larger organizational units or cross-departmental functions • Experience in the healthcare sector, in regulated markets, or in complex service organizations is an advantage The advantages of your position: ### We offer a responsible key position with a large scope for design in a future-oriented hospital.
