Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII in the night shift

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Taking over tasks as a reference person for care
• Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach
• Taking over night responsibility with coordination of the night team
• Taking over tasks as a theme carrier in a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is desired
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of versatile challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written language
