Polymechanic with CNC programming and laser processing

Tasks

• Independent activities on the Bystronic laser, bending robot and Trumpf punching-laser (i.e. programming, setting up and operating)
• Manufacturing of high-quality individual and serial parts according to workshop drawings and instructions
• Self-inspector for the manufactured workpieces (i.e. measuring)
• Provision of material as well as post-processing and forwarding of the products
• Optimization of existing programs
• Responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the machines
• Documentation of first orders / prototypes
• Participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Requirements
• Further training in CNC programming as well as experience in the use of TruTopsBoost and the program Bysoft7 is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with CNC controlled laser cutting and combination punching machines
• Several years of professional experience in the mechanical engineering environment (sheet metal processing)
• Very good technical understanding
• Responsible and quality-conscious way of working
• Structured and efficient work organization as well as team-oriented thinking
• Good knowledge in reading plans / sketches
