Tasks
You lead your assembly team and coordinate cooperation with external assembly partners
You plan personnel, material, and vehicles so that everything fits together in the end
You ensure quality, occupational safety, and customer satisfaction at every construction site
You bring project management, warehouse, and assembly closely together
Budget and costs are your responsibility, as well as the continuous optimization of the assembly processes

Qualifications
You have a basic technical training in the wood, metal, or construction sector as well as further commercial training
Several years of leadership experience, organizational skill, and a structured way of working characterize you
You convince as an assertive personality with initiative
Driving license Cat. B and proficient German skills are part of it, French is a plus
