Head of Payment Transactions and Money Laundering (w/m/d) YOUR PLAYING FIELD In this function, you lead an established team in the area of payment transactions and money laundering and ensure that the defined processes and guidelines are observed in day-to-day business. Your mission is exciting and diverse: Leadership & Coordination: You lead a small team and work actively in the day-to-day business of payment transactions and money laundering prevention Monitoring Payment Transactions: You control daily incoming and outgoing payments, check payment records and customer data (KYC) Risk & Fraud Prevention: You identify and analyze suspicious activities and initiate necessary measures Process Optimization: You bring improvement suggestions and support the further development of existing processes Training & Development: You coordinate the prescribed training courses and ensure that they are carried out and documented according to the training plan Compliance: You work according to the existing guidelines and ensure their correct implementation Reporting: You create regular reports and keep the COO informed about important developments and results at all times YOUR SUPERPOWERS You are exactly right for our team if you have the following qualifications: Experience in payment transactions and in the area of compliance, ideally in the gaming or financial sector Completed commercial basic training or equivalent degree Fluent German in word and writing; English?
