• Steering external IT partners and monitoring agreed services
• Ensuring availability and performance of critical basic IT services
• Product Owner function for the system team and agile projects

Your profile ##

• Several years of experience in IT service management and system operation required
• Degree in computer science or business informatics is required
• Knowledge of agile methods as well as Product Owner experience
• Experience in steering external partners desired
• Analytical and solution-oriented way of working is expected
