As part of a project with the Etat du Valais, the Energie et environnement institute of the Haute Ecole d’Ingénierie is looking for a:

Civil Engineer (100%)

Your mission

The Etat du Valais manages a park of approximately 400 buildings equipped with technical installations, monitored via a GMAO (Computerized Maintenance Management System) allowing for the centralization of equipment. The position is part of the energy management and decarbonization strategy for the building stock of the Etat du Valais, through the development of planned maintenance to reduce operating costs, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions.

In this context, your main missions are:

• Field coordination

1. Take charge of the tool developed for the verification of the database in the field (tool created by the student body)
2. Plan building visits and supervise the students in charge of verification via QR codes during the month of August
3. Process, verify, and structure the collected data, then import it into the GMAO

• Development and structuring of the GMAO

1. Take charge of the existing GMAO tool
2. Create and structure maintenance schedules
3. Implement a maintenance calendar in connection with the defined schedules
4. Collaborate with the GMAO editor for its improvement and deployment

The objectives of the position are as follows:

• Optimize the energy performance of buildings
• Ensure the reliability of technical data
• Structure and improve the GMAO
• Implement effective and planned preventive maintenance

Your profile:

Training:

• Training in computer science, engineering or data

Technical skills:

• Mastery of Excel and data processing
• Knowledge of Python (an asset)

Personal qualities:

• Autonomy
• Rigor
• Good organizational skills
• Interest in energy themes and the optimization of building performance
