Your mission
Your role consists of reintegrating people with health issues, by defining rehabilitation strategies and guaranteeing their implementation.
To this end, you analyze and make decisions on situations for which early detection requests have been submitted, where appropriate, you direct people to the competent partner insurance companies. You identify and develop an adapted professional project taking into account the applicable legal framework and the health status of our beneficiaries.
You propose all necessary and adapted measures (courses, training, reintegration measures, etc.) in order to lead our beneficiaries toward employability and ensure the interface with companies in the canton of Vaud as well as with the various service providers and partners.
You write complex reports and minutes.
Your profile
You have a higher education qualification (e.g. HES health or social, MSP) or university degree (psychology or neuropsychology, e.g.).
You have proven experience in the field of vocational reintegration or you hold a management position in the economy and demonstrate your interest in vocational reintegration. In any case, you possess good knowledge of the job market and professional training sectors.
Possessing excellent interpersonal and writing skills and an analytical mind, you are solution-oriented, creative and pragmatic. You stand out through your ability to build trust, through your active listening and your sense of organization.
