Job description ###

We are looking for a reliable, committed, and service-oriented person, possessing the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience in EMS or a hospital setting strongly recommended
• Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and strict respect for confidentiality
• Organization, team spirit, and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Empathy, benevolence, and sense of contact with patients
• Marked interest in catering and/or the hotel sector
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service
• Spirit of initiative and ability to adapt

Skills and qualifications:

• Minimum AFP diploma mandatory
• Very good command of spoken and written French
• Ease in using IT tools
• Sensitivity or experience in the hotel and/or care sector

Mandatory conditions:

• Criminal record less than 3 months old
• Immunity certificate and medical certificate of good health
• Swiss or resident in Switzerland, Permit B or C mandatory

Profile ###

As a Hotel Agent, you intervene at the heart of the daily care of patients and actively contribute to their comfort and well-being.

Your missions are structured around several essential axes:

• Catering and patient nutrition: taking orders, serving meals, snacks, and drinks, monitoring and quantifying food and fluid intake, in compliance with specific diets.
• Hygiene and food safety: management and storage of food items, maintenance of equipment, cleaning and washing of kitchen equipment, rigorous application of current hygiene standards.
• Hotel missions: maintenance of the patient's direct environment, checking the proper functioning of equipment, and contributing to a clean, secure, and pleasant setting.
• Unit logistics: storage of orders, management and ordering of linen, participation in the smooth daily functioning of the service.

Through your sense of service and your benevolent attitude, you participate in maintaining a reassuring and human environment, in close collaboration with the nursing teams and other professionals in the establishment.
