Job description
Under the supervision of the site's Head Chef, you will be the main referent for all event and catering services. You will participate in the organization and production of the various services related to events, visitor shows, delivered meals, cocktails, receptions, as well as plated services offered at the bank's Visitor Center. You will ensure constant compliance with hygiene standards and contribute to maintaining a high level of quality expected in such a demanding environment.
You will be required to supervise temporary staff mobilized during events and may also meet VIP clients in order to understand and satisfy their specific needs. Your role will require rigorous coordination, excellent organization and a real ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with the team already in place, composed of 25 collaborators.
Profile sought
We are looking for a profile with training in cooking (CFC or equivalent): mandatory point, and confirmed experience of at least two years as a Chef or Second, ideally in the field of catering, banquets, events or high-end hospitality. A methodical, reliable personality, capable of managing stress and integrating durably into a prestigious structure will be particularly appreciated. A real attraction to VIP service and the event universe will constitute an additional asset.
What the position offers:
The position provides an activity rate of 100%, with schedules mainly from 6am to 3pm and presence required during evening events.
