Your tasks: Successfully realizing construction projects In this responsible function, you accompany demanding construction projects from planning to successful handover. In doing so, you take over the coordination of execution and ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs remain in harmony at all times. Tendering and awarding: You prepare tenders and estimation documents with high diligence and support the awarding processes. Through your structured way of working, you create the foundation for successful project implementation. Construction site organization and construction management: During the realization phase, you coordinate the participating contractors and specialist planners, organize the construction site processes, and ensure smooth construction progress. Schedules are created by you, monitored, and continuously adapted to the project requirements. Cost and quality control: You carry out the construction accounting, control cost developments, and ensure that the defined quality standards are met. You maintain an overview even with complex issues. Project completion and handover: From the acceptance of individual trades to commissioning, you coordinate all completion work. Defects are consistently pursued and rectified by you so that the projects can be handed over on time and in high quality. Project management with foresight: Ideally, you also bring experience in project management. You accompany projects through all phases and work closely with clients, investors, authorities, and specialist planners. Through your coordinative strength, you successfully lead different interests toward the common goal. Your profile Professional qualification: You have several years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Swiss construction industry and are familiar with the corresponding norms, processes, and requirements. Further training as a Dipl. Bauleiter/in, Dipl. Techniker/in HF Hochbau or a comparable qualification completes your profile. Personality: You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and like to take responsibility. Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and a professional appearance characterize you as much as your ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations.
