Finance Manager

Reporting to the director, you are in charge of:

• Ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of banking accounting operations.
• Participating in periodic accounting closings and the preparation of financial statements.
• Guaranteeing the reliability, accuracy, and consistency of accounting and financial data.
• Preparing, controlling, and transmitting regulatory reporting to FINMA and the BNS.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to Swiss banking institutions.
• Participating in the monitoring of internal controls and the management of risks related to accounting and financial activities.
• Contributing to the preparation and control of relevant tax declarations.
• Participating in the implementation and monitoring of obligations related to QI (Qualified Intermediary), FATCA, and CRS frameworks.

We are looking for:

• 6 years minimum experience in banking accounting ;
• Excellent mastery of FINMA/BNS reporting and banking financial statements ;
• Excellent mastery of Excel ;
• Good knowledge regarding QI / FATCA / CRS ;
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss banking taxation ;
• Languages: French and English ;
• Quick availability at the end of the year
• Salary to be discussed, no teleworking
