irides AG is a non-profit subsidiary of the Stiftung Blindenheim Basel. It operates a residential, elderly, and nursing center for people who are no longer able to remain in their private living environment due to health problems. In addition, it offers a workplace within its own company and, upon request, a home for people with support needs and/or a visual or hearing-visual impairment.   To complement the team, we are looking for an engaged and resilient Social Pedagogue HF or Specialist in Care EFZ 80 - 100% Your main tasks • Planning and implementing the accompaniment process of the assigned residents • Supporting and promoting the residents according to the care planning, taking into account social, psychological, and physical needs • Maintaining contact with relatives, doctors, and therapists • Maintaining documentation • Taking over daily responsibility within the team • Interdisciplinary cooperation with other areas Our expectations • Training as a Specialist in Care EFZ specialization in impairment or as a Social Pedagogue HF • Experience in the care of people with support needs  • Respectful and empathetic interaction with the residents • Recognizing changes in the residents and professional forwarding of the information to the supervisory authorities  • Good oral German skills  • Responsible, exact, and flexible way of working • Ability to work in a team and joyful interaction with people  Our offer We offer you a varied task in a dynamic working environment with responsibility and versatility.
