Department Manager Nursing Geriatrics Rheinfelden 80 - 100%

As a Department Manager, you will take on the professional and personnel leadership of a nursing team in geriatric rehabilitation in Rheinfelden, Canton Aargau. With a workload of 80 - 100 %, you will coordinate daily nursing processes, support employees in their development, and, together with the interdisciplinary treatment team, ensure high-quality care for patients. You will work in an environment with clear structures, modern infrastructure, and genuine collaboration at eye level. This position is available immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you in this challenging task: • Organizational and personnel leadership of a nursing team in geriatrics • Ensuring a structured and high-quality daily nursing routine • Close cooperation within the nursing management team • Interdisciplinary cooperation with therapeutic and medical specialist departments • Co-design and further development of nursing processes • Working according to a holistic and goal-oriented rehabilitation concept What you bring with you: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl.
