We are looking for a personality who enjoys a versatile range of tasks and high personal responsibility, who is committed to professional personnel support with professional competence and engagement.

Your Task ##

• Independent processing of personnel administration from entry to exit
• Creation of employment contracts, mutations, work certificates, and confirmations
• Support in the recruitment process (advertisements, applicant management, interview coordination)
• Cooperation with social insurance providers, authorities, and internal interfaces
• Participation in HR projects and optimization of internal processes

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial training
• Further education as HR-Fachfrau/-mann
• Very good German and French skills in speaking and writing
• Good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance
• Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with an HR system (e.g., Abacus, SAP)
