Junior Real Estate Accountant 80-100% (a)

Introduction

For our client, an established company in the real estate industry, we are looking for a number-oriented personality as a Junior Real Estate Accountant (a) 60-100%.
You are responsible for the accounting of a diverse real estate portfolio and work closely with internal departments.

Tasks

• Independent management of the accounting for rental and condominium properties
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Account reconciliations and ensuring correct postings
• Processing of payment transactions including dunning management
• Participation in reporting, audits, and process optimizations

Profile

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of experience in real estate accounting
• Proficiency in closing procedures is mandatory
• Structured, exact, and independent way of working
• Good IT skills; experience with real estate software is an advantage
• Proficient German language skills
