We are looking for a reliable, customer-oriented, and proactive personality as a Store Manager Assistant. In this demanding and varied role, you will actively support the store management in leading a team of around 10 employees while simultaneously working with commitment in daily operations.

Your tasks
In this versatile role, you will support the store management in professional, efficient, and customer-oriented store operations. You are close to the customers, take on shared leadership responsibility, and contribute to ensuring that advice, sales, product presentation, and team organization function at a high level.
This includes in particular:
active collaborative leadership in a team of around 10 employees
supporting the store management in shift planning and daily organization
personal 1:1 advice and service for our customers in
ensuring a high quality of advice, service, and sales
participation in the training, support, and further development of employees
shared responsibility for a positive, performance-oriented, and appreciative team culture
close cooperation with purchasing and logistics
support with organizational and administrative tasks surrounding store operations
active participation in the further development of workflows, processes, and customer experience
Your profile
You are a practical, resilient, and customer-oriented leader who likes to take on responsibility but also rolls up your sleeves. You enjoy sales, have a good sense for people and fashion, and maintain an overview even in intense situations.
You bring with you:
completed retail apprenticeship EFZ in textile or sports specialty retail
profound experience in the sale of jeans, men's, or women's ready-to-wear
leadership experience in retail, ideally in a comparable role
very high customer orientation and enjoyment of personal advice
resilient, balanced, and reliable personality with high communication competence
cheerful, positive charisma and a well-groomed appearance
enjoyment of dynamics, change, and further development
German as a native language; foreign languages are welcome
interest in the interplay of store, assortment, purchasing, and logistics
