You will work with us in the patient unit, in tandem with a certified nursing specialist. You value professional and patient-centered care that takes into account the individual needs and values of the patients. In geriatric acute rehabilitation, you support patients in being able to return to their familiar environment. Electronic nursing documentation (Phönix), electronic medication distribution system (Phyxis), and identification system (Idef-IS) support you in your daily work.
