Your tasks

• Pioneering work instead of routine: You accompany the establishment of the new IMC and actively contribute your ideas and experience to the design of workflows and nursing processes
• Nursing with specialist competence: You take over the individual, evidence-based care and monitoring of patients with complex neurological clinical pictures
• Stronger together: You work closely with physicians, therapy teams, and other specialists to ensure the best possible care
• Shaping quality: You help develop nursing standards and processes and contribute to an open, appreciative team culture

What you bring with you

• Your foundation: Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross (SRK)
• Your expertise: Experience in monitoring care is important. A completed IMC further training or practical IMC experience would be the absolute jackpot! Knowledge in neurorehabilitation is an additional plus
• Your personality: You are empathetic, strong in communication, think ahead, and enjoy taking responsibility and building something new
• Your communication: You have good German and solid English skills and feel comfortable in an international, interprofessional environment
