Administrative Assistant (M/F) – 100 %

Start date: January 2027 or to be agreed

Mandated by a company established in the Chablais, we are looking for, for a permanent position, an administrative assistant at 100 %.

Your profile:

Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training.
Experience in personnel planning is an asset.
Excellent mastery of IT tools, notably Windows, Microsoft 365, Word and Excel.
Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English or German is an advantage.
Organized, methodical, autonomous person capable of managing priorities.
Good resistance to stress and ability to manage unforeseen events.
Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and supervise assembly teams.

Your main missions:

Manage telephone calls and organize appointments for interventions.
Establish roadmaps and prepare files intended for the assembly teams.
Ensure the administrative follow-up of files, notably the preparation of elements necessary for invoicing.
Manage the holidays and leave of the operations staff.
Develop and update schedules based on files, availability and priorities.
Handle daily emergencies and adapt the organization accordingly.
Ensure coordination and collaboration with the different departments, notably the after-sales service (SAV), repair and construction sites.
