ABOUT THE EXPERIMENTAL CHALET VERBIER Since the winter of 2018, Experimental has been exporting its French know-how to Switzerland. The Experimental Chalet opened its doors in the heart of Verbier, the cosmopolitan Franco-Swiss destination; a hotspot for ski enthusiasts and festive après-skis. ABOUT THE POSITION 5 nights per week – Weekend from Friday morning to Sunday evening! We are looking for a Night Receptionist for a seasonal CDD to join our team! Under the responsibility of the Head Receptionist, you will be in charge of reception and customer relations as a whole, as well as reservations. Your missions will be as follows: Ensure the welcome and reception of clients during the night; Guarantee the calm and security of the establishment; Perform check-ins and check-outs according to procedures; Post and control payments; Perform and control reservations; Respond to reservation requests by email or telephone; Coordinate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure an optimal customer experience; Assist the Head Receptionist in their daily tasks. ABOUT YOU You have at least two years of experience in a similar position. Dynamic and proactive, you have a sense of service and place customer satisfaction at the heart of your priorities. Possessing an excellent presentation, you are available, attentive and know how to create a warm and personalized experience. Rigorous and organized, you demonstrate a true team spirit and enjoy working in a demanding and collaborative environment. Passionate about your profession, you have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate with ease with an international clientele. You speak French and English fluently; mastery of a third language is an asset. You are also comfortable with Pack Office tools and master the Opera software. Live the Experimental experience!
