What you accomplish
Organization of the assigned position
Preparation of the daily mise en place
Preparation and service of meals and desserts at lunch and dinner
Cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
Assist the chef in planning and compliance with quality and safety standards
Assistance with orders, reception and storage of goods
What you bring
Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
Specialization: CFC in cooking
Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar position in gastronomy
Assistance with orders, reception and storage of goods
A service-oriented and communicative personality
You are customer-oriented and have a neat appearance
French (B2)
Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
